I just bought a turnkey website: what should I do?

After finalising the purchase of the plan with turnkey site included, the steps to take to choose your TURNKEY SITE are as follows:

• go to the import list section and click on the import list you want to link to your turnkey site
• go to the Sales Channel section
• select TURNKEY WEBSITE
• fill in the form that will appear immediately afterward; you will be asked to indicate/register the domain*, choose the language and currency among those available (check the Terms and Conditions to see the complete list) and select the template for your site.

Once all the steps have been taken, all you have to do is wait for a maximum of 15 working days for the delivery of the site for the Easy plan and 21 working days for the Enterprise plan.

*Domain registration is included in the package price. Please choose your domain carefully. Once registered, it cannot be changed.

If you don't have a domain yet, please select "Yes, please" when asked if you would like to register a new domain.

Our offer includes a free .com or .business domain.

If you would like to register another extension or if you already have a domain, please select "No, I already have a domain".

If you choose this option, you will need to be able to access the domain control panel to change the DNS zone.

After completing the form you will receive an email with instructions on how to direct your domain to our servers. If you don't know how to do this, please ask your domain provider for support.
